IIT Delhi Project Manager – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Project Manager position must fulfill the following educational and experience requirements:
For Postgraduate Candidates:
- Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 5 years must be at the level of Superintendent or supervising an equivalent section.
For Graduate Candidates:
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role equivalent to that of a Superintendent.
Additional Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed scientific, technical, or academic institutions.
- Proven ability to coordinate with senior administrators, faculty, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in liaising with domestic and international agencies and managing communication through email and virtual meetings.
- Strong proficiency in report writing, academic documentation, and manuscript production.
- Skilled in administrative, logistical, and schedule management tasks.
- Proficiency in computer systems, information processing, and database management tools.
