Salary and Allowances
Candidates selected as RBI Grade B Officers will receive a starting basic pay of Rs. 78,450 per month in the pay scale of ₹78,450-4050(9)-114,900-EB-4050(2)-123,000-4650(4)-141,600.
The initial gross monthly salary (excluding HRA) is approximately Rs. 1,50,000 per month. Other benefits include Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, and Learning Allowance as per RBI rules.
